  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  7. Toast the slider buns cut-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Place shredded BBQ chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  9. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.
  10. Add sliced pickles on top of the coleslaw if desired.
  11. Place the top half of the slider bun on each slider and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  12. Sprinkle fresh cilantro or parsley on top for garnish.
  13. Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve warm.
