  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the package of refrigerated crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean, flat surface.
  3. Separate the triangles and lay them out. Pinch any perforations together to create solid pieces.
  4. Stir the cherry pie filling to evenly distribute the cherries and syrup.
  5. Scoop a generous amount of cherry pie filling into the center of each crescent roll triangle.
  6. Fold the sides of the crescent roll over the filling, then roll from the wide end to the point, sealing the seams tightly.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  8. Brush the tops of each rolled crescent with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
  9. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the tops.
  10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
