Citrus Infused Mocktails: Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Drinks for Every Occasion

A refreshing citrus mocktail featuring a blend of fresh orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime juices, sweetened with honey or agave syrup, and topped with sparkling water. Perfect for summer gatherings and festive occasions!

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (about 34 oranges)
  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice (about 2 grapefruits)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 34 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 45 limes)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut each fruit in half.
  3. Using a citrus juicer, extract the juice from each half.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large mixing bowl or pitcher to remove seeds and pulp (optional).
  5. Measure out and combine the juices in the mixing bowl or pitcher.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of honey or agave syrup to the citrus juice mixture.
  7. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  9. Cover the mixing bowl or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Chill the sparkling water or club soda in the fridge.
  11. Set aside a large pitcher or individual glasses for serving.
  12. Stir the chilled citrus juice mixture.
  13. Fill each glass with ice cubes.
  14. Pour the citrus juice mixture into each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
  15. Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda.
  16. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of citrus fruits.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of the mocktail according to your taste preference.
  • For a more intense flavor, let the citrus juice mixture chill longer.
