Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Lobster Tails (68 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lobster Tails: Cut down the center of the lobster shell with a sharp knife, being careful not to cut through the meat.
  2. Loosen the lobster meat from the shell, leaving the end attached.
  3. Close the shell and position the meat on top. Repeat for all tails.
  4. Make Garlic Butter: In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Prepare for Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Place lobster tails on the baking sheet and generously spoon garlic butter over the meat.
  8. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  9. Broil (Optional): Broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra color.
  10. Serve: Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
