  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for grilling

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with honey (if using) and ground cinnamon until well combined and smooth.
  3. Set aside granola and mini chocolate chips for later assembly.
  4. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

  6. Evenly distribute banana slices over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Sprinkle granola and mini chocolate chips over the banana slices if using.
  8. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly, pressing gently to seal. Repeat for remaining tortillas.

  10. Place one rolled tortilla seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Flip the roll and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  12. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  13. Repeat cooking process for remaining rolls.
