  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 23 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ cup finely chopped pistachios (for garnish)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Once the cakes are completely cooled, place one layer on a serving plate or cake stand. Spread a generous layer of the raspberry filling on top of the first layer.
