  • 1 bag of pretzel snaps (about 7 oz, square or round)
  • 1 cup of pecan halves (or chopped pecans, depending on your preference)
  • Sea salt (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather a baking sheet, parchment paper, and your ingredients.
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  4. Unwrap each Rolo candy and place one on top of each pretzel.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes until the Rolos are soft but not completely melted.
  6. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and check the consistency of the Rolos.
  7. While the Rolos are still warm, gently press a pecan half onto each melted Rolo or sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  8. Allow the candies to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
  9. If desired, sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each candy for added flavor.
  10. Once cooled, transfer the candies to an airtight container. They can be stored at room temperature for up to a week.
