Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. It’s always easier to have everything in one place before you begin cooking.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Place the saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate chips and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Be patient and keep stirring to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  4. Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the graham cracker crumbs to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir well until the crumbs are fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge.
  7. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  8. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into the corners and smooth the top.
  9. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows evenly over the top of the fudge. Press them down gently to ensure they stick.
  10. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
  11. Once the fudge has set, remove it from the refrigerator. Use the overhanging parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the baking dish.
  12. Place the fudge on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into squares.
  13. For an extra touch, you can toast some of the mini marshmallows with a kitchen torch for a few seconds until they are golden brown (optional).
  14. Serve the fudge immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

  • For added crunch, mix in some chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans.
  • Substitute some milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • Experiment with flavored extracts like almond or hazelnut for a unique twist.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top for a beautiful presentation.
