A refreshing Sparkling Apple Margarita Mocktail made with fresh apple juice, zesty lime, and a hint of cinnamon, topped with sparkling water for a fizzy finish. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh apple juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slices, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Coarse salt or sugar, for rimming glasses (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash whole apples thoroughly, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. Use a juicer or blend the pieces and strain through a fine mesh sieve to extract about 2 cups of fresh apple juice.
  2. Roll fresh limes on the countertop to release juice, cut in half, and squeeze out 1/4 cup of lime juice using a citrus juicer or your hands.
  3. Optionally rim glasses with coarse salt or sugar by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt or sugar.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix the fresh apple juice and lime juice, stirring well.
  5. Stir in the agave syrup until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  6. Add ground cinnamon and stir until evenly distributed.
  7. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors and chill.
  8. Chill the sparkling water or club soda in the fridge until ready to serve.
  9. Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes.
  10. Pour the chilled apple-lime mixture over the ice, filling glasses about two-thirds full.
  11. Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda, stirring gently to combine.
  12. Add apple slices, lime wedges, and mint leaves for garnish.
  13. Stir gently to mix in garnishes and optionally sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  14. Serve immediately and enjoy!
  15. Store any leftover mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, adding sparkling water fresh each time you serve.
