Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and well combined (1-2 minutes).
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully incorporated. The mixture should be glossy and slightly thick.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in three parts, folding gently with a spatula after each addition. Do not overmix.
