ATTENTION: This Mug is throw from a type of clay with good amount of sand in it, which creates a rough surface on areas that left un-glazed.

when is a broken jar not a broken jar? when it is transformed into beautiful pieces of functional art! i am SO glad the artist did not discard these shards, but saw the potential in the pieces. i am even more glad that they are in my tea room. 🙂
